Billie Rusher Obituary

Billie Richard Rusher Jr., 63, of Hartford, died Monday, June 26, 2023, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billie Sr. and Beverly Rusher.

He is survived by his children Richard Brent Rusher of Elizabethtown, Brandon Shane (Jessica) Rusher of Leitchfield and Sarah (Lucas) McKay of Owensboro; his sisters, Paula (Danny) Lucas of Fordsville and Robin French of Owensboro; and nine grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be held.
