Doris (Barrett) Keown Obituary
Doris Keown, 90, of Reynolds Station, passed away October 20, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
She was born April 23, 1935 to the late William and Elizabeth Barrett in Banbary, England.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles William Keown, sister Neil Bolton and grandson Anthony Albert Keown.
She is survived by her children David Wayne (Katie) Keown of Reynolds Station, Susan Elizabeth (Paul) Mikos of Hammond, IN, Anthony William (Lori) Keown of Reynolds Station, Cindy Lee Keown of Reynolds Station, and Charles Michael Keown of Reynolds Station; bingo-daughters Glinda, Linda, and Michelle; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Following Doris’s wishes, cremation was chosen by the family. A private interment will take place at a later date in the Keown Family Cemetery. Geary Funeral Home of Fordsville is in charge of arrangements.
