Edward Mincy

Edward Louis Mincy Sr.,  88, of Fordsville, died Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Fordsville Nursing & Rehab.  He was retired from Hancock County Board of Education.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Vivian Mincy; daughter, Linda Jones: sister, Shirley Hardin; and brother, David Mincy.

     Survivors include a son, Edward Louis Mincy Jr.; and sisters, Barbara Spence, Helen Toler, Doris Richie and Elaine Johnson.

     Services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at Geary Funeral Home, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Pattiville.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
