James Brian Johnson Obituary
James Brian Johnson, 65, of Evansville, IN passed away October 13, 2025 at Heart to Heart Hospice in Evansville.
He was born in Fordsville on September 10, 1960 to the late Betty Lou Johnson.
James was a truck driver for many years before retirement.
Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother Scott Brooks.
He is survived by his sons James Johnson of Rockport, IN and Evan Johnson (Ella Rightmyer) of Newburgh, IN; siblings George Brooks of Gouverneur, NY, Charles Brooks of Evansville, IN and Kathy Adams of Evansville, IN.
Graveside services will be held at 10am Saturday, October 18th at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Fordsville. A celebration of life service will take place at Seven-Eleven Bar & Grill, 711 East Virginia Street, Evansville IN immediately following the graveside service. Geary Funeral Home of Fordsville is in charge of arrangements.
